Isman App Studio ("we", "our", "us") operates FaceForge — AI Face Coach (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using FaceForge, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Name (first name only)
• Email address (via Google Sign-In or email registration)
• Age and gender (provided during profile setup)
• Skin type and personal goals (provided during profile setup)

Face Images & Analysis Data

• Selfie photos you capture or upload for face analysis
• AI-generated facial analysis scores and trait breakdowns
• Progress photos you voluntarily take for tracking

Usage Data

• App usage patterns and feature interactions (via Firebase Analytics)
• Crash reports and performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• Daily check-in records and streak data

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalized AI face analysis and scoring
• To generate customized skincare, grooming, and improvement recommendations
• To power the AI Coach with context about your face and goals
• To track your progress over time and generate weekly reports
• To send push notifications for morning and evening routines (with your permission)
• To improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance features
• To display relevant advertisements to free-tier users (via Google AdMob)

• Your data is stored securely on Supabase (cloud infrastructure)
• Face scan images are stored for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted
• Progress photos are retained as long as your account is active
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — Authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications
• Google Gemini AI — Face image analysis and AI coaching
• Google AdMob — Advertising for free-tier users
• Supabase — Database and file storage
• Google Play Billing — Subscription payment processing

6. Advertising

Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads. Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.

You can manage your ad preferences through your device settings or Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or face data to any third party. We only share data with the third-party services listed above, strictly for the purpose of providing app functionality.

8. Your Rights

• Access: You can view all your data within the app (Profile → Scan History)
• Delete: You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us or using the "Delete My Data" option in Settings
• Notifications: You can disable push notifications at any time through app settings or device settings
• Account: You can delete your account entirely, which removes all associated data permanently

9. Children's Privacy

FaceForge is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Data Retention

• Face scan images: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Analysis results and scores: Retained while your account is active
• Chat messages with AI Coach: Retained while your account is active
• Account data: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
